We’re thrilled to share that we’ve joined DJH, one of the UK’s fastest growing accountancy and professional services groups, marking an exciting new chapter for our firm.
For us, this partnership is about building on what we already do well. It brings together our local knowledge and trusted client relationships with the backing, investment and specialist expertise of a larger group, so that we can offer even more to the people we work with and our team.
Paul Hawksley, our Managing Partner, said “Joining DJH is an incredibly exciting step for TWP. We’ve spent years building genuine, long-standing relationships with our clients across Surrey, and this partnership lets us protect everything they value about working with us, while opening up a much wider range of specialist expertise and bigger opportunities for our team.”
Paul will continue to lead TWP alongside fellow partners Andrew Goddon and Phil Munk, so clients will see the same familiar faces and receive the same service they always have.
“The only difference is the expanded range of services and resources we can offer to our clients and the new opportunities we can undoubtedly create for our team.” Paul concluded.
From our four offices in Cranleigh, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames and Weybridge, we support clients right across Surrey. Our team of 70 works with a wide range of businesses, including those in care, dental, property and retail, as well as budding entrepreneurs, scaling companies and not-for-profit organisations.
James Beardmore, Chief Operating Officer at DJH, commented: “TWP has a fantastic reputation for being client-focused and delivering expert support that makes a real difference to their clients and local community. It is highly regarded as one of the county’s leading accountancy practices, and they share our values of trust and operating to a ‘people first’ approach to doing business.”
Through DJH, our clients will now have access to a wider range of specialist in-house services, including capital allowances and R&D, commercial funding, corporate finance and IT consultancy. Additional support from the group across HR, operations, finance, technology, training, marketing and business development will also free up more of our team’s time to focus on our clients.
DJH has enjoyed significant growth over the last twelve months, moving into the top 30 UK accountancy firms for the first time in its history, and TWP is its largest acquisition to date.
James concluded: “With all of our acquisitions, the approach is the same: preserve what makes the firm distinctive (its team, its offices and its client relationships) while providing the backing, investment and specialist resources that come with being part of a larger group.”
We’re looking forward to what this next step in our journey brings, and to achieving great things together with the DJH team.
