James is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians, with over 25 years’ experience in practice. He advises a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals and trusts.

He works closely with clients on day-to-day tax matters as well as more complex issues, including business transactions, succession planning, capital gains advice, international tax matters and HMRC enquiries. His broad experience enables him to evaluate tax issues from both a business and individual perspective.

James enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their circumstances and objectives. He takes a practical and straightforward approach, with a focus on providing clear advice and solutions that work in the real world.
