Stephen is passionate about supporting businesses and individuals with their tax affairs in his role as Business & Corporate Tax Manager. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) in January 2019 and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

Using his knowledge and experience, Stephen can assist with personal tax returns, corporation tax returns and P11d’s. He also has specialist expertise in Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED), Research and Development (R&D) relief claims and Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) scheme registrations, along with other tax-efficient scheme registrations.

As part of his role, he also provides Share Option compliance with HMRC and can assist with the preparation and submission of Employment Related Securities Returns. Stephen obtains particular satisfaction from the variety of his work and the opportunity to interact with clients from both a personal and corporate view on taxation.
