TWP staff, family members and a dog or two walked 7km around the entire lake at Virginia Water to raise over £2,000 for this deserving charity. Every step they made supports over 2,000 disabled children, adults and their families and carers across Surrey and beyond.
In July we asked for your help to support our chosen charity White Lodge Centre, based in Chertsey. The charity provides a place for people with a range of disabilities and special needs to learn new skills and try new experiences.
White Lodge has been selected by the Masonic Charitable Foundation as one of 300 charities to receive up to £25,000 from their MCF Community Awards Tercentenary Fund. We asked for your votes so that they could win this funding.
We are pleased to share the news that they have been awarded a grant of £25,000. White Lodge received the most votes in Surrey. This funding will make a huge difference to the disabled children and adults who rely on the amazing services White Lodge Centre provide them.
