Cheryl Osborne

Cheryl Osborne is the outsourcing manager at TWP .

Having qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians, she joined TWP in 2003.

As outsourcing manager, Cheryl draws on her experience in Sage training, bookkeeping, payroll handling, and outsourcing services.

Within the department, her areas of expertise include locating problem areas in existing Sage Accounts documents, assisting and training people with accounts packages, installing new systems for business start ups and producing VAT returns and management accounts.

Cheryl enjoys developing and managing new systems and consequently seeing the positive results it can bring.

Melanie Dickens

Melanie Dickens is an Audit Manager at TWP.

With a BSc (Hons) in Economics and ACA qualified, Melanie covers a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from small owner managed companies to larger groups. Within these groups she has specialist experience of looking after the accounts for FSA clients, Charities and Solicitors.

Melanie enjoys working closely with her clients and has helped many businesses grow and develop over the years. She is especially skilled in identifying how TWP may assist clients to enhance their business as their business needs change.

Having joined the firm in 1989 as a trainee Melanie has worked her way up the ranks. She became audit manager in 2000 and is now responsible for supervising the Audit Team and managing their training and development.
