Beverly Luen

Beverly
Luen has worked at TWP since 2001 in a wide-ranging
secretarial and administrative role, including
acting as a first point of contact for clients
phoning and visiting the office.
Other tasks include providing secretarial
services, database administration and
support in marketing, including issuing
newsletters to clients to keep them up
to date with the latest business and finance
news. |
Previous job roles, including working for a
number of large international companies and estate
agents in her native country, New Zealand, have
provided useful experience for the post.
Beverly particularly likes the way that her
role gives her an overview of the organisation
at TWP and brings her into contact with colleagues
from all departments.
Margaret
Mills
Margaret Mills joined TWP in April 2007 as an
administrator. The role brings her into daily
face-to-face and telephone contact with clients,
which is one of her favourite aspects of the
job.
She is experienced in using a range of software
packages and also holds a City and Guilds qualification
in desktop publishing.
Margaret brings 25 years’ experience in
secretarial and administrative work to her role
at TWP. She has previously worked for the National
Health Service, local government and education
authorities, as well as for solicitors providing
matrimonial and conveyancing services.
Daphne
Oxley

Assisting
clients and staff are aspects of her job
that admin clerk Daphne Oxley particularly
enjoys.
Daphne joined TWP in 1999 after working
for nine years as a stock sheet clerk and
for a further ten years in credit control.
Her day-to-day role includes helping to
keep TWP’s admin activities up to
date and assisting her colleagues wherever
she can. |
She also enjoys acting as a friendly voice and
face for TWP clients, dealing with telephone
calls and greeting visitors to the offices.
