Graham Carter (Partner)

Graham trained with a Top 10 firm
and is head of the Business Services
division managing the accounting and
business support needs of a varied client
base ranging from private clients to
substantial owner managed companies.
Graham offers clients a wealth of knowledge
and expertise in areas including, family
companies, solicitors, partnerships,
healthcare and consultancies and is recognised
for assisting and advising on business
start-ups. |

Bruce
Morley (Partner)
|
With substantial
experience in the profession and training
with a Top 10 UK firm, Bruce is able to
assist clients in all areas of business
support and financial management.
He has a wealth of experience in dealing
with owner managed companies and start-ups
and can advise on all aspects of business
support including outsourcing strategies
and management accounting. |

Katherine
Lettis (Business
Services Manager)

Business
services manager Katherine Lettis joined
TWP in October 2000, after completing her
Association of Accounting Technicians qualification
while gaining all-round experience in the
accounts department of a national metal
roofing company.
Katherine continued her studies while
working in TWP’s audit and accounts
teams – mainly on larger audit cases – and
achieved her Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants qualification in February 2005.
She has particular expertise in the preparation
of accounts and audit for pension schemes
and charities. |
She took on her current role in August 2007,
when TWP’s Business Services team expanded
its services to become a “one stop shop” for
financial and accounting services to small and
medium-sized businesses.
Katherine enjoys meeting clients, and seeing
the environment in which they work, and is committed
to training and developing other members of the
team.
Cheryl Osborne is the outsourcing
manager at TWP .
Having qualified with the Association of Accounting
Technicians, she joined TWP in 2003.
As outsourcing manager, Cheryl draws on her
experience in Sage training, bookkeeping, payroll
handling, and outsourcing services.
Within the department, her areas of expertise
include locating problem areas in existing Sage
Accounts documents, assisting and training people
with accounts packages, installing new systems
for business start ups and producing VAT returns
and management accounts.
Cheryl enjoys developing and managing new systems
and consequently seeing the positive results
it can bring.
Georgina
Kerley
Georgina Kerley joined TWP as an audit trainee
in September 2007 and is based in the Audit and
Business Services Departments.
She is now working towards her Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
Georgina enjoys all aspects of her role at TWP,
including the team she works with, her working
environment, developing new skills and extending
her knowledge.
Fiona
Marshall
|
Fiona
Marshall is payroll supervisor and bookkeeper,
based in the Business Services division.
She has enjoyed working with figures
since school, gaining Scottish O levels
in both arithmetic and maths, and also
studied numeracy and accounting as part
of a BTEC course.
|
Fiona began her working life in banking, progressing
during her career into management accounting.
She joined TWP in February 2005.
She has extensive experience in writing reports
in SQL, Excel and Sage and in transferring data
between these programmes and specialises in working
with bookkeeping/payroll clients with particular
reporting or spreadsheet requirements.
Tracey
Martin
|
Tracey
Martin joined the Business Services Department
in May 2007, as a bookkeeper and payroll
assistant.
As a qualified bookkeeper, Tracey brings
with her 25 years’ accounts experience,
gained in previous roles that include
working for the Post Office and as a
school bursar. |
Tracey enjoys the variety of the work involved
at TWP and the opportunity to use her expertise
in bookkeeping and payroll to clients’ benefit.
