Philip Munk (Partner)

Appointed Managing Partner in 2002, Philip is head of the Audit and Corporate Finance Division, looking after a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from small companies to large UK and overseas organisations.  Philip’s dynamic and strategic approach to clients’ needs, whether they are seeking assistance for growth or exit planning,  is one that is highly valued by clients who want a forward thinking relationship with their accountant.

Bruce Morley (Audit Partner)

With substantial experience in the profession and training with a Top 10 UK firm, Bruce is able to assist clients in all areas of business support and financial management.  He has a wealth of experience in dealing with owner managed companies and start-ups and can advise on all aspects of business support including outsourcing strategies and management accounting. He is responsible for Pension and other statutory audit cases.

Paul Hawksley

Paul joined TWP in January 2009 as an audit supervisor in our audit and corporate finance team, after previously working for four years for a London-based top ten accountancy firm.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Association of Accounting Technicians, his expertise includes the audit and production of accounts of consolidated groups, auditing listed companies and owner-managed businesses and internal audits and risk management.

He is also experienced in charity accounts and financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards. Paul finds particular satisfaction in working with clients to identify ways to strengthen their businesses, including improved financial controls and risk management, and in advising them on technical reporting issues.

Mark Pereira (Audit Supervisor)

Mark Pereira, who joined TWP’s audit and corporate finance team as audit supervisor in January 2008, qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in 1997.

He has previously worked for accountancy firms in London, including in the audit and inward investment departments of a top five accountancy practice, and is experienced in audit and assurance, corporate finance and corporate tax.

Mark specialises in working with businesses ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large and group companies. He enjoys the opportunity his role gives him to meet clients face to face, and to see how they operate at first hand, then using this knowledge to develop tailored solutions to meet their particular business needs.

Laura Noseda

Laura Noseda joined TWP in November 2005 after gaining a BSc Honours degree in biology.

She is an ACCA Qualified Accountant, working in TWP’s Audit and Business Services Departments.

Laura enjoys the team work that her role involves and the opportunities it offers to develop new skills and knowledge.

Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor, who joined TWP in January 2003, works in the Audit and Business Services Departments. Her work at TWP has helped Laura to develop expertise in relation to clients regulated by the Financial Services Authority, as well as professional service firms, such as solicitors. An ACCA Qualified Accountant, she particularly enjoys the contact she has with clients as part of her role.

 

Georgina Kerley

Georgina Kerley joined TWP as an audit trainee in September 2007 and is based in the Audit and Accounts Services Departments.

She is now working towards her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.

Georgina enjoys all aspects of her role at TWP, including the team she works with, her working environment, developing new skills and extending her knowledge.
