Munk (Partner)

Appointed Managing Partner in 2002, Philip
is head of the Audit and Corporate Finance
Division, looking after a diverse portfolio
of clients ranging from small companies to
large UK and overseas organisations. Philip’s
dynamic and strategic approach to clients’ needs,
whether they are seeking assistance for growth
or exit planning, is one that is highly
valued by clients who want a forward thinking

Melanie Dickens (Audit
Manager)
Melanie Dickens is an Audit Manager at TWP.
With a BSc (Hons) in Economics and ACA qualified,
Melanie covers a diverse portfolio of clients
ranging from small owner managed companies to
larger groups. Within these groups she has specialist
experience of looking after the accounts for
FSA clients, Charities and Solicitors.
Melanie enjoys working closely with her clients
and has helped many businesses grow and develop
over the years. She is especially skilled in
identifying how TWP may assist clients to enhance
their business as their business needs change.
Having joined the firm in 1989 as a trainee
Melanie has worked her way up the ranks. She
became audit manager in 2000 and is now responsible
for supervising the Audit Team and managing their
training and development.
Mark
Pereira (Audit Supervisor)
Mark Pereira, who joined TWP’s audit and
corporate finance team as audit supervisor in
January 2008, qualified as a Fellow of the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in
1997.
He has previously worked for accountancy firms
in London, including in the audit and inward
investment departments of a top five accountancy
practice, and is experienced in audit and assurance,
corporate finance and corporate tax.
Mark specialises in working with businesses
ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises
to large and group companies. He enjoys the opportunity
his role gives him to meet clients face to face,
and to see how they operate at first hand, then
using this knowledge to develop tailored solutions
to meet their particular business needs.
Laura
Taylor

Laura
Taylor, who joined TWP in January
2003, is an audit trainee working in the
Audit and Business Services Departments.
She is part-qualified with the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
and will sit her final three examinations
in December 2007. |
Laura’s work at TWP has helped her to
develop an expertise in relation to clients regulated
by the Financial Services Authority as well as
professional service firms such as solicitors.
She particularly enjoys the contact she has with
clients that her role involves.
Laura
Noseda
Audit trainee Laura Noseda joined TWP in November
2005 after gaining a BSc Honours degree in biology.
Laura, who works in TWP’s Audit and Business
Services Departments, has gained levels one
and two of her Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
She enjoys the team work that her role involves
and the opportunity it offers to develop new
skills and knowledge.
