Directors Service Addresses

The service address is a location where official documents and notices can be delivered (serviced) for the attention of the company officer, and this information appears on the public record.

As of 1 October 2009, a company director or shareholder is able to register a service address which can be different to their residential address. Only the service address provided to Companies House would be available for public inspection.

This measure was introduced mainly to protect directors and shareholders from fraudsters and activists.

TWP is prepared to offer their address as a service address to directors and shareholders that would prefer this extra level of privacy.

This service is available for an annual fee of just £50 including VAT.
