Chloe Starts Accountancy Career with TWP

Surrey-based accountants TWP Accounting LLP have welcomed a new member of staff to their team.

Chloe Brown joined the firm in August after gaining a degree in accounting and finance from Bournemouth University, a course she chose because it gave her an opportunity to use her interest in maths.

Now she is involved in work including accounts preparation and audit visits as she begins working towards qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a process that will take around four years.

As her career progresses, she is interested in developing expertise in the specialist area of forensic accounting, in which accounting and investigative skills are used to clarify complex financial situations, for example in legal disputes.

Chloe said: “I am enjoying the work and am looking forward to further developing my skills in the future.”
