Surrey accountants remain in top 100

Surrey chartered accountancy firm TWP Accounting has been ranked among the UK’s top 100 practices for the second year running by a leading professional journal.

After making its debut in the list published by Accountancy Age last year, Weybridge-based TWP remained in the top 100 for 2010, at number 99.

The UK’s accountancy firms are ranked according to a number of factors including fee income, growth and the fees generated by each partner.

Managing partner Philip Munk said: “We were delighted to make the top 100 for the first time last year and are equally pleased to have remained there in 2010.

“This is a tribute to the hard work of our team and our efforts to improve the services to clients at all times, despite the current difficult economic situation.

“We hope to continue our growth and success in future years and become a long-term fixture in the Top 100.”

TWP was established more than 75 years ago, and is the largest firm of chartered accountants and business advisers in Weybridge. They have more than 30 highly skilled employees, including five partners.

The firm’s primary focus is on audit, accounting and taxation, but it also offers a number of other professional services such as business consultancy, financial services and corporate planning.
