Lundie Brothers

Creating Advantage

Croydon based printing firm Lundie Brothers incorporated in 1950, and is now run by  co-directors Michael Lundie and his brother Chris, who employ eight full time staff.  They took over the business from their father and uncle who originally started the company.

Now serving five London local authorities, a London hospital and a top London music school, to name but a few of their clients, Lundie Brothers is thriving.

Lundie Brothers first employed the services of TWP when TWP partner, Graham Carter joined the accountancy firm in 1996.  Graham’s father had provided an accountancy service for Michael’s father when he ran the business, and so Michael can always remember an affinity with the Carters.  Their fathers used to see each other on social terms, as well as business terms, going swimming and enjoying meals together.  Michael and Graham now continue this tradition, seeing each other four to five times in a year on business terms, but more often for social occasions.

“Graham has his finger on the pulse with regards to the business”, says Michael.  “If I call him with a problem, he knows what I’m talking about without having to refer back to notes.”  Michael believes that this is not just a product of the history between the two families, but a characteristic of TWP, as he knows another of their clients, who receives similar treatment from the firm.

TWP takes care of the firm’s annual accounts, and also their monthly payroll.  Michael finds them very professional and approachable.

Michael happily recommends TWP.  “They have in depth knowledge,” he says, “and wide reaching experience in our industry sector.”  Michael is thoroughly impressed with the combined strength of knowledge that the partners possess.  “There is always someone there that knows the answer to a problem.”
